Brenz Pizza Co. was founded in 2008 by Scott Morse and Robert Giuliani, who set out to build the best takeout and delivery pizza in America.

Durham · 2008 → today

From Enzo’s to Brenz.

The first location opened in Durham, North Carolina as Enzo’s Pizza Co., voted best pizza by Duke year after year. In 2014 the concept was rebranded as Brenz Pizza Co. to support national expansion. In 2017 Brenz represented the United States at the World Pizza Championship in Parma, Italy.

Today Brenz operates seven locations across Ohio, Tennessee, and North Carolina, all company-owned, all profitable, with zero debt and 100% self-financed growth.

Build it once. Run it forever.

We didn’t franchise the day we could. We franchised the day we were ready to put our name on someone else’s storefront. The system is documented. The supply chain is in place. The training platform is built. What’s left is finding operators who match the standard.
